About This Role

This role involves engaging with customers to identify their hearing needs and directing them to a hearing aid center to schedule hearing tests and facilitate purchases. The Patient Care Coordinator will focus on community outreach and education to help people hear better.

Responsibilities

  • Locate people who need hearing assistance
  • Direct members to the in-store hearing aid center
  • Interact with patients to schedule hearing tests and aid purchases
  • Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily
  • Make 30-50 outbound calls daily
  • Promote all Lucid Hearing products to members
  • Educate members on all Lucid Hearing products (non-hearing aid and hearing aid)
  • Assist Providers by calling past tested members and scheduling medical referrals for returns

Requirements

  • Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
  • Stellar communication skills
  • Passion for educating patients with hearing loss
  • Highly energetic and outgoing personality
  • Comfortable standing multiple hours
