Join a fully paid Nursing Assistant Training Program to learn patient care activities and gain BLS certification, leading to a full-time or part-time role at St. Catherine of Siena Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Learn patient care activities including hygienic care, assisting with hydration and nutrition, ambulation, and patient transportation
• Engage in therapeutic communication and assist in emergency situations
• Participate in classroom-style learning and hands-on clinical training
• Commit to a 1-year employment period at St. Catherine of Siena Hospital upon successful completion of the program

Requirements

• Passion for patient care
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No or limited prior health care experience required

• Caregiver experience
• Demonstrated interest and/or exposure to healthcare
