About This Role

The Parts Delivery Driver performs local parts deliveries to customers and vendors, supports shipping and receiving operations, and assists the Parts Department with various general tasks. This role ensures timely and accurate parts distribution, contributes to customer satisfaction, and supports smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive a company vehicle to deliver or pick up parts from customers, vendors, or other locations
  • Ensure accuracy of orders and obtain required signatures or delivery confirmations
  • Receive incoming shipments: inspect, verify, and document contents
  • Prepare outgoing shipments: pack, label, and process orders using shipping systems
  • Stock parts on shelves or in storage bins in an organized and accurate manner
  • Participate in inventory counts, shelf labeling, and organization
  • Assist team members with parts pulls, returns, or locating items
  • Handle customer and internal requests professionally and promptly
  • Keep delivery vehicle, stockroom, and shipping/receiving areas clean and organized
  • Follow all company safety procedures and report hazards promptly

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to safely operate a company vehicle for local deliveries
  • Basic knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures and inventory handling
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as loading/unloading parts
  • Basic computer skills for data entry or processing shipping labels
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in a parts, warehouse, or dealership environment is preferred
