Parts Counter Associate

About This Role

This role supports the Service & Parts departments by assisting advisors, technicians, and customers with parts purchases for automotive repairs. The position ensures efficient parts delivery and customer satisfaction for our new facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Parts/Service Manager with daily tasks
• Answer incoming phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
• Greet customers in the service center in a friendly and professional manner
• Work with technicians to ensure they have the correct parts
• Retrieve necessary parts to assist with job completion
• Receipt daily stock and orders

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Strong customer service background
• Valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive parts sales is preferred

Nice to Have

• 1+ year of experience in automotive parts sales
• Bilingual
