This role involves overseeing the post-launch success of independent truck stop partners, monitoring their performance, and strengthening relationships through proactive support. The Partner Success Manager will advocate for partner needs internally and drive solutions independently to ensure their success on the Mudflap platform while working with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the post-launch success of independent truck stop partners.
- Monitor partner performance at scale using metrics to surface trends, identify risks, and prioritize action across the network.
- Build and strengthen partner relationships by being a trusted, proactive point of contact.
- Define and iterate on partner health signals, playbooks, and scalable processes that allow us to operate efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for partner needs and remove friction.
- Move quickly and act with ownership, creating structure where there isn't any, or driving a solution forward independently.
- Communicate clearly and thoughtfully with partners, teammates, and in reporting insights to leadership.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting of activity and results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, partner success, account management, or vendor support
- Proven ability to manage a large and diverse portfolio of accounts while balancing proactive and reactive workstreams
- Strong analytical mindset—comfortable interpreting data, making performance-driven decisions
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Demonstrated ownership and bias for action
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams like product, support, and operations
- Highly organized and efficient with time management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, partner success, account management, or vendor support.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (Looker, Excel, or SQL)
- Familiarity with merchant/vendor relationships in logistics, fuel, retail, or B2B marketplaces
