About This Role

As a Merchandiser, you will work independently across various retail locations to display and maintain inventory levels of celebrations products. You will utilize your organization and time management skills to ensure products are effectively showcased.

Responsibilities

  • Service stores on your assigned route, including merchandising and organizing product orders.
  • Display product within greeting card departments and other retail locations.
  • Maintain an organized backroom area and perform other inventory tasks as needed.
  • Communicate with management regarding service or schedules.
  • Partner and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours.
  • Review and plan your weekly service schedule and workload using a company-issued tablet.
  • Provide occasional assistance with store resets including minor fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal.

Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Access to reliable internet
  • Technological competency to use a company-provided tablet
  • Availability during daytime hours, specifically Monday mornings
  • Availability for additional working days and extended hours around major holidays
