Part Time Merchandiser

About This Role

As a Merchandiser, you will independently manage product displays and inventory levels of celebrations products across various retail locations. Your role helps people celebrate special moments by ensuring products like greeting cards and gift wrap are well-stocked and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, including merchandising and organizing product orders
• Display product within greeting card departments and other retail locations
• Maintain an organized backroom area and perform other inventory tasks as needed
• Communicate with management regarding service or schedules
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment utilizing effective time management and organizational skills
• Partner and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours
• Be available for additional working days and extended hours leading up to and immediately following major holidays
• Provide occasional assistance with store resets including minor fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal
• Review and plan your weekly service schedule and workload using a company-issued tablet

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Access to reliable transportation for routes with multiple retail locations
• Access to reliable internet for critical job information and updates
• Technological competency to learn and use company provided tablet
• Ability to meet scheduling needs including occasional weekends and around major holidays
