As a Part-Time Keyholder, you will act as a Manager on Duty, overseeing store operations, customer inquiries, and ensuring a tidy environment. Your role will involve communicating Rothy's values and brand story while providing expert product knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as Manager on Duty when Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager are not present
- Learn all operational procedures and assist with customer inquiries on the floor
- Oversee opening and closing procedures for the store
- Effectively communicate Rothy’s brand story, values, and mission to customers
- Support store leadership in communicating important updates to Retail Associates
- Assist in keeping the entry area, display area, and floor clean and tidy
- Supervise vendors for cleaning, in-store fixtures, or updates occurring at the store
- Share expert brand and product knowledge to allow customers to personally experience our style, look, and quality
- Serve as a point person for all store associate questions and relay outstanding issues to store leadership
Requirements
- 2+ years of Retail, Hospitality, or customer-oriented experience
- Positive attitude
- Ability to make customers happy
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Excellent communicator
- Careful listener able to provide timely solutions
- Comfortable working on feet up to 8 hours a day
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds
- 18 years of age or older
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Retail, Hospitality, or customer-oriented experience
