This role involves ensuring guests receive exceptional service at Regal Cinemas, encompassing responsibilities in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher, while handling emergency situations and maintaining cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Ensure guests receive exceptional service across Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles.
- Operate POS systems accurately handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
- Promote the Regal Crown Club program and up-sell premium viewing experiences.
- Operate, prepare, and clean concession equipment.
- Comply with all local, state, and federal food safety laws and alcohol service regulations.
- Tear tickets, direct patrons, and inspect bags.
- Manage crowd control and assist with seating in auditoriums.
- Conduct in-theatre inspections for quality, theft, and safety.
- Clean auditoriums, restrooms, lobbies, and other theatre areas.
- Assist with all opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Ability to handle emergency situations effectively
- Ability to perform general cleaning duties
- Compliance with company dress code
- Ability to operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Ability to upsell/suggestive sell products and programs
- Ability to comply with food safety and alcohol service laws
- Ability to maintain cleanliness of theatre areas
- Good public speaking, listening, and communication skills
- Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
- Ability to identify problems and reach conclusions based on evidence
Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion
