As a Flex Sales Associate, you will be the ultimate Pandora fan, responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging customers with product knowledge to inspire unique jewelry styling.
Responsibilities
- Dare to exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans
- Embrace the store culture and act as an extraordinary brand ambassador
- Create an unforgettable shopping moment by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty
- Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions
- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards for a smooth and on-brand operation
- Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic periods
- Provide reliable support during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed
Requirements
- Demonstrated results-oriented selling skills
- Developed communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization
- At least 18 years or older with proof of identity and eligibility to work
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
