Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers.
• Act as an extraordinary brand ambassador, embracing the store culture and passion for the Pandora brand.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments by providing excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
• Foster lasting connections beyond transactions to craft loyal fans.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards for smooth and on-brand operations.
• Deliver on KPIs and be cross-trained across all store functions.
• Mentor and support new team members, demonstrating leadership potential.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a high-performance selling environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to connect with people at all organizational levels
• At least 18 years old with proof of identity and eligibility to work
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
• Consistent schedule with at least 20 hours per week availability (up to 12 hours base, up to 21 hours peak, not exceeding 30 hours per week)

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
