Part-Time Field Sales Associate

About This Role

Drive sales growth by engaging customers in the Paint and Pro departments at a Lowe's store, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves managing merchandising and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in the Paint and Pro departments
• Generate customer leads
• Implement effective sales and marketing programs
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Manage merchandising
• Promptly resolve customer concerns
• Stay up-to-date with product features
• Maintain high quality and visual standards of products
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications
• Stock shelves and set up displays

Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
• Ability to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
• Willingness to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position

Nice to Have

• High School diploma or GED
• Previous work experience selling paint and paint related products
• Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's license
• Able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in Spanish
