About This Role

This role delivers a customer-centric shopping experience by managing and executing front-end operations, leading omnichannel processes, and maintaining store recovery standards. It involves training and coaching the customer experience team and ensuring adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing effective front-end operations
  • Lead and manage adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs
  • Ensure all front-end policies and procedures are followed and achieve KPIs
  • Plan and lead the execution of class and in-store events
  • Lead the omnichannel processes
  • Manage and execute shrink and safety programs
  • Assist with cash reconciliation and bank deposits and inventory processes
  • Train, observe, and coach the customer experience team (sales floor and cashier)
  • Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD)
  • Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes
