This role delivers a customer-centric shopping experience by managing and executing front-end operations, leading omnichannel processes, and maintaining store recovery standards. It involves training and coaching the customer experience team and ensuring adherence to company policies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing effective front-end operations
- Lead and manage adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs
- Ensure all front-end policies and procedures are followed and achieve KPIs
- Plan and lead the execution of class and in-store events
- Lead the omnichannel processes
- Manage and execute shrink and safety programs
- Assist with cash reconciliation and bank deposits and inventory processes
- Train, observe, and coach the customer experience team (sales floor and cashier)
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD)
- Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes
