Serve homeowners throughout Puget Sound as an In-Home Sales Professional, assessing roofing and exterior needs, and guiding them through decisions on scope, value, and investment. Success comes from running a structured sales process, clearly explaining value, and confidently leading conversations about pricing and options.
Responsibilities
- Conduct multiple in-home inspections and consultations daily
- Diagnose homeowner needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Lead conversations about scope, pricing, and financing options with confidence
- Deliver clear, company-approved presentations that help homeowners understand value
- Guide customers through a structured consultation process from inspection to decision
- Complete contracts, financing paperwork, and documentation accurately
- Maintain a professional appearance, organized vehicle, and clean sales materials
- Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings to continuously improve
Requirements
- Ability to climb ladders, walk roofs, and access attic spaces
- Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and iOS tools
Nice to Have
- In-home sales or high-ticket consultative sales experience
- Home improvement or construction sales experience
