The Analyst II at the California Department of Insurance develops, coordinates, and implements outreach workplans, creates collateral materials, and assists with consumer outreach initiatives. This role involves participating in and leading program activities at meetings and events.
Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and implement outreach workplans for the unit
- Develop collateral materials and processes for outreach functions in the field
- Assist the Manager of Community Relations and Outreach Southern California, Department of Insurance (CDI) and stakeholders in consumer outreach work, including the development and implementation of outreach documents
- Participate and lead program activities at meetings and events
- Perform various duties within the office in preparation for outreach assignments
- Maintain logs and records of event activities performed
Requirements
- Experience working in an outreach environment
- Strong communication skills
