Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

About This Role

Coordinate orthodontic treatment plans and patient flow for Jamboree Pediatric Dentistry, focusing on patient education, scheduling, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orthodontic treatment plans and patient flow
• Educate patients and parents on treatment options, care plans, and financial arrangements
• Support orthodontic scheduling, case management, and daily clinic operations
• Maintain accurate, organized patient records and documentation
• Create a calm, welcoming, and professional environment for families
• Work efficiently in a high-volume healthcare setting while staying focused under pressure

Requirements

• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• X-Ray License
• Orthodontic experience required
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Calm under pressure and able to work in a busy clinical environment
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Commitment to superior patient care
• Ability to travel between locations

Qualifications

• A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent is required. Associates degree in Business or equivalent is preferred.
• 3+ years experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired.

Nice to Have

• RDA certification
• Associates degree in Business or equivalent
• Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service for at least three (3) years
