Order Management Supervisor

About This Role

Lead and develop a customer operations team in a fast-moving distribution environment, managing the full order-to-cash process and driving continuous improvement to ensure customer satisfaction and business efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and supervise a strong customer operations team
• Manage team performance, set goals, and provide feedback to build a customer-first environment
• Run the full order-to-cash process including order entry, fulfillment, invoicing, and returns
• Coordinate 3PL logistics, manage credits and claims, and handle international orders
• Update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure audit readiness and partner with Finance, IT, Logistics, and Quality to resolve issues
• Use reporting and system expertise to identify trends, forecast demand, and streamline operations

Requirements

• 3-5+ years supervising customer service or operations teams
• Strong order management experience
• Wholesale/distributor experience
• Positive leadership style
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree preferred
• 3-5+ years supervising customer service or operations teams

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Knowledge of EDI
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Experience with reporting tools like Power BI
