About This Role

This program develops leadership skills in Operations by implementing and improving manufacturing processes. Associates will rotate through technical, supervisory, and project-driven roles to drive high performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership skills in Operations through on-the-job experiences
• Participate on and lead projects that drive high performance in Operations
• Rotate through technical, supervisory, and project driven positions in Operations
• Design and implement process improvements
• Work as part of a team addressing process, quality, or lean improvement opportunities
• Lead teams to complete productivity, lean, quality, and product startup projects
• Interact daily with factory workers, engineers, supervisors, planners, and others
• Present results of projects and initiatives with senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial preferred)
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to utilize individual and team strengths to accomplish tasks
• Ability to perform in cross functional teams
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional computer skills
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and to be relocated
• Strong commitment to a career in operations management
• Knowledge of business concepts and strategy
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in BS degree in Engineering with concentrations in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical Chemical or Industrial Engineering or similar degrees
