About This Role

Provide consulting services to clients on optimising operational efficiency and effectiveness, focusing on sourcing and procurement processes. Drive cost savings, improve supplier collaboration, and enhance supply chain resilience.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse client needs and develop operational strategies
  • Offer guidance and support to streamline processes and improve productivity
  • Optimise sourcing and procurement processes to drive cost savings and supplier collaboration
  • Analyse sourcing strategies and identify opportunities for cost reduction and supplier optimisation
  • Develop strategies to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide guidance on implementing strategic sourcing frameworks, supplier relationship management, and digital procurement solutions
  • Lead the design of Coupa modules leveraging past experience and leading practices
  • Identify gaps and develop business/technical requirements for leading practice designs
  • Oversee junior staff, providing guidance and coaching
  • Oversee work progress and ensure timely completion of technical development activities
  • Provide fact-based insights based on qualitative and quantitative data sets to support recommendations
  • Oversee Supplier Enablement activities including supporting change management activities
  • Coordinate with Change Management teams in system deployment activities
  • Oversee hypercare activities and provide recommendations for post-go-live issues

Requirements

  • 1+ year(s) of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
  • Understanding of Sourcing and Procurement leading practices
  • Ability to communicate at a strategic and operational level regarding Sourcing and Procurement
  • Ability to facilitate working sessions with client leads to define business requirements and design leading practice solutions
  • Experience in Procure to Pay, Sourcing, Contracting, and Supplier Management modules of Coupa
  • Experience in CLM-A, Risk modules, Coupa Pay and Coupa Expenses
  • Understanding of system architecture and benefits of different ERP systems and their connectivity with Coupa

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
  • 1+ year(s) of experience
