About This Role

This Online Sales Manager role is responsible for accelerating revenue growth across all digital channels, including online distributors, e-commerce marketplaces, and direct digital channels. The manager will blend strategic thinking, data-driven marketing, and sales to ensure product visibility and strong performance.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage relationships with online distributors, marketplaces, and e-commerce partners
  • Develop and execute joint business plans to drive sales, assortment expansion, and promotional impact
  • Identify growth opportunities, negotiate promotions, and monitor partner performance
  • Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory availability across platforms
  • Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives for online partners and direct-to-consumer channels
  • Optimize product content (imagery, descriptions, keywords, and attributes) to improve discoverability and conversion
  • Coordinate with supply chain and operations to support timely fulfillment and strong customer experience
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and category dynamics to inform strategy
  • Produce regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards
  • Analyze customer behavior, channel performance, and ROI using analytics tools

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or online account management
  • Familiarity with major marketplaces and online distributors (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, specialty platforms)
  • Experience with digital marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM platforms, CRM systems)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or online account management
