About This Role

As an Online Order Filling Team Associate, you will be responsible for accurately picking, preparing, and packaging online orders for customer pickup, ensuring customer satisfaction through careful product selection and substitutions.

Responsibilities

  • Locate, prepare, and package merchandise for online orders
  • Ensure accuracy of orders prior to customer pick up
  • Make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customer as needed to ensure satisfaction
