Maintenance Associate - Manufacturing

About This Role

Assist Maintenance Technicians in repairing and maintaining equipment and facilities within a manufacturing environment. Perform preventive and basic maintenance on production equipment, material handling equipment, and HVAC units while adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist other Maintenance technicians in the repair and maintenance of equipment
• Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and work areas
• Complete work orders, records, logs, and other written or computer-based documents
• Maintain and repair building facilities including plumbing, construction, and painting
• Operate material handling equipment, battery equipment, moving machinery, and other powered equipment
• Assist in the usage and disposal of hazardous materials and waste
• Perform preventive and basic maintenance and repairs on equipment (e.g., production equipment, lift trucks, pneumatic systems, material handling equipment, hydraulic equipment, dock equipment, electronic and electrical equipment, HVAC units, facilities and grounds)
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity

Requirements

• Prior work experience in a construction, industrial, production, or manufacturing environment

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in a construction, industrial, production, or manufacturing environment.
