This role is responsible for owning new-hire activation across the U.S., optimizing onboarding workflows, and delivering an exceptional first-week experience for remote and hybrid hires within a fast-growing HR services organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end new-hire onboarding for remote U.S. employees, coordinating paperwork, background checks, I-9 verification, e-signatures, and system access
- Operate and administrate ATS and HRIS onboarding modules to ensure 100% data accuracy
- Deliver virtual orientation sessions and new-hire communications; prepare managers with role-specific checklists and onboarding roadmaps
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, IT, Payroll, and Hiring Managers to resolve onboarding blockers and drive timely start dates
- Maintain and improve onboarding SOPs, checklists, and automation rules to reduce manual steps and improve new-hire time-to-productivity
- Produce onboarding metrics and reports (completion rates, time-to-fill handoffs, feedback) and recommend process improvements based on data

Qualifications
- Proven experience managing high-volume remote onboarding programs in the U.S.; strong operational execution and attention to compliance.
