Oklahoma Casework Supervisor

About This Role

Supervise and support social work and case management staff within child-placing programs, ensuring compliance with state regulations and agency standards while integrating Biblical principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, consultation, direction, and instruction to social work and case management staff
• Lead the team in alignment with Christian scripture and Lifeline’s Core Values
• Disciples employees for the benefit of ministry partners and clients
• Supervise and assist with recruitment, assessment, and file reviews for clients and families
• Ensure excellent social service standards and practices are met
• Review cases, identify risks, and develop case/service plans with staff
• Ensure new hire and ongoing training requirements are met for staff
• Stay abreast of state regulations and monitor services for compliance
• Guide staff on assessing and evaluating families for child care
• Review and approve completed adoptive family and/or birth parent files and home studies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related human services field
• Master’s degree
• 2+ years experience in child-placing environment
• Ability to lift at least 25lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Reside within the state of Oklahoma
