About This Role

This Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) role involves direct patient care, planning, and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients under the direction of an Occupational Therapist. The role cares for chronically and critically ill patients requiring extended hospital care.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care
Plan and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients
Adhere to principles and practices of occupational therapy in the PAM Health system
Be flexible to meet the needs of the system within various facilities

Qualifications

One year of clinical experience preferred.

Nice to Have

One year of clinical experience
Prior inpatient hospital experience

Certifications

BLS certification (Required)
