Occupational Therapist

About This Role

Provide occupational therapy treatment and comprehensive care planning for patients in Acute Care Rehabilitation with diverse diagnoses, including spinal cord injury, head injury, stroke, and orthopedic conditions. Work within an interdisciplinary team to document patient progress and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatment to patients with spinal cord injury, head injury, stroke, and orthopedic conditions
• Evaluate patients and develop comprehensive care plans
• Function within a team concept of rehabilitation professionals
• Document patients' abilities, progress, and outcomes
• Perform duties associated with patient care and participate in interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Ohio
