About This Role

Provide occupational therapy services to K-12 students in the Parksley, VA school setting, focusing on developing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities. This part-time contract role involves conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to assigned caseload of students
• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Support development in areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities
• Collaborate closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements

• Active Virginia Occupational Therapist license
• Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy

Qualifications

• Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Experience in school-based settings preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
