About This Role

Soliant is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time contract position to support elementary school students in the Phoenix area. This role involves delivering occupational therapy services, collaborating with school staff, and maintaining accurate documentation to enhance student learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students, focusing on supporting their developmental and educational needs
• Collaborate with educators and school staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements
• Participate in team meetings and communicate progress with parents and school personnel as needed

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Arizona
• Current Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card
• Ability to work onsite at assigned elementary schools within the Phoenix metropolitan area

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Experience working with school-aged children
