About This Role

Provide full-time occupational therapy services to elementary school students in Mesa, AZ. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students' functional needs.

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students
Collaborate with educators and staff to support students functional needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state regulations
Participate in team meetings and contribute to student progress evaluations

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree from an ACOTE-accredited OT program
Current Arizona Occupational Therapy license
Valid Arizona IVP fingerprint card

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree from an ACOTE-accredited OT program
