About This Role

Provide full-time occupational therapy services to elementary school students in Mesa, AZ. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students' functional needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students
• Collaborate with educators and staff to support students functional needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state regulations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to student progress evaluations

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an ACOTE-accredited OT program
• Current Arizona Occupational Therapy license
• Valid Arizona IVP fingerprint card

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an ACOTE-accredited OT program
