Occupational Therapist School Setting

About This Role

Provide onsite occupational therapy services to K-12 students within a public school district near Columbus, GA. This contract position focuses on supporting students' developmental progress through individualized therapy interventions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to children across grades K-12 in school settings
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on student evaluations
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student goals
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs and caseload demands

Requirements

• Active Georgia OT license required

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year clinical experience preferred, especially pediatric occupational therapy

Nice to Have

• One year clinical experience, especially pediatric occupational therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage caseload priorities and maintain professional standards onsite
