About This Role

This role provides skilled occupational therapy to patients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, focusing on individual patient needs to achieve maximum independence. The position manages and provides care at Providence Medford Medical Center.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities
• Tailor care to individual patient's special physical or age-related needs
• Perform patient/client evaluation and treatment
• Provide professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or higher
• Oregon Occupational Therapist License
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, or equivalent educ/experience

Nice to Have

• Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training
