This role provides skilled occupational therapy to patients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, focusing on individual patient needs to achieve maximum independence. The position manages and provides care at Providence Medford Medical Center.
Responsibilities
- Manage and provide skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities
- Tailor care to individual patient's special physical or age-related needs
- Perform patient/client evaluation and treatment
- Provide professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or higher
- Oregon Occupational Therapist License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, or equivalent educ/experience
Nice to Have
- Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training
