About This Role

Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to help patients restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities and independence. This role contributes to an industry-leading team focused on rehabilitation and wellness for older adults and children.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs
  • Develop patient recovery plans
  • Deliver occupational therapy
  • Design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence
  • Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity
  • Collaborate with peers and make referrals for patient care

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy accredited by ACOTE standards
  • Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
  • Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license in the state of practice

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
