Occupational Therapist

About This Role

Join a dedicated team providing compassionate and excellent occupational therapy care to children with special needs. This role involves working with children from birth to kindergarten, addressing developmental delays and other medical needs within an early intervention setting.

Requirements

• Current Arkansas license as an Occupational Therapist
• Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of people
• Ability to work with children between the ages of birth to 6 who are at risk
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills including database, word processing, spreadsheet, and Internet software knowledge
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies, and other company documents
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standard situations

Qualifications

• One year of successful experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
