About This Role

This Occupational Therapist position provides skilled occupational therapy services to patients with diverse diagnoses and disabilities in Jackson and Josephine counties, focusing on evaluation, treatment, and professional consultations to maximize patient independence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities
• Tailor services to individual patient's special physical or age-related needs
• Perform patient/client evaluation and treatment
• Provide professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with functional level and potential

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
• Oregon Occupational Therapist License
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program Or Master's Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program Or Ph.D. From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or equivalent educ/experience
