Manage and provide skilled occupational therapy to patients with diverse diagnoses and disabilities in a home setting. Support patient comfort and build rewarding relationships while exercising independence and flexibility in your career.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide skilled occupational therapy to patients and clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities in a home setting
• Adhere to a physician-directed plan of treatment
• Take into account individual patients' special or age-related needs
• Care for patients in their homes
• Create rewarding relationships with a diverse patient population
• Exercise independence and flexibility with your career

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program OR Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program OR Ph.D from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (within 30 days of hire)
• Oregon Occupational Therapist License (upon hire)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program OR Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program OR Ph.D from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
