Manage and provide skilled occupational therapy to patients with various diagnoses and disabilities in a home setting, following a physician-directed treatment plan.
Responsibilities
- Manage and provide skilled occupational therapy to patients and clients in a home setting
- Provide therapy in accordance with a physician directed plan of treatment
- Take into account individual patients' special or age related needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Oregon Occupational Therapist License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program OR Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program OR Ph.D from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
