About This Role

Join a dedicated in-house therapy team at Hillcrest Healthcare Center as an Occupational Therapist. You will provide patient care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and have opportunities for leadership and professional growth within a unique healthcare model.

Responsibilities

Provide therapy services as an Occupational Therapist
Collaborate with nursing and other department teams in an in-house therapy model
Utilize clinical systems and specialty programs to support patient population needs
Create and implement programs to best serve patient needs
Lead a team to greatness and foster unsurpassed collaboration within nursing and therapy teams
