Act as a liaison between patients, nursing, and Nutritional Care Services, performing menu activities and patient food preference interviews. This role requires clinical nutrition and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as liaison between patient, nursing and Nutritional Care Services
- Perform menu activities for patients of all ages, including infant, adolescent, adult, and geriatric
- Perform menu modification, delivery, collection, and tallies
- Conduct patient food preference interviews to determine nutritional risk and special food needs
- Perform tray delivery and assembly
- Participate in performance improvement activities
Requirements
- 6 months Experience in a food service/customer oriented field
Qualifications
- 6 months Experience in a food service/customer oriented field.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's Degree Dietetics, in accredited program
