This role involves providing advanced wound care assessment, treatment, and follow-up as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. You will work autonomously within a collaborative team, educating patients and coordinating care to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced wound assessment, treatment, and follow-up across various settings
• Work autonomously within a collaborative team
• Document care via EMR systems
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound prevention and management
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to improve outcomes and reduce rehospitalizations

Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Wound care experience
• Strong clinical skills
• Virginia licensure
• Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Wound care experience
