Manage the 24-hour operation of a patient care unit at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, ensuring quality patient care. This role involves leadership, fiscal management, staffing, planning, organizing, and controlling nursing care for a designated patient population.

Responsibilities

• Provide an optimal practice environment that ensures the delivery of quality patient care
• Plan, direct, and manage the nursing care delivered to a designated patient population
• Oversee the 24-hour operation of the patient care unit
• Account for leadership, overall fiscal management, and staffing
• Plan, organize, and control unit operations

Requirements

• 2 years Recent clinical experience
• Computer experience

Qualifications

• 2 years of recent clinical experience; 2 years of management experience preferred; 5 years of clinical experience preferred.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Specialty certificate based on unit
• 2 years Management experience
