About This Role

Provide comprehensive, continuous, and patient-centered care to patients on an all-female 28-bed unit within a collaborative team environment. Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring patient satisfaction and adherence to regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess, document, plan, implement, teach, develop, and evaluate a comprehensive nursing plan of care
• Deliver direct patient care
• Ensure patient satisfaction
• Train and delegate duties for Nursing Care Technicians (Nursing Assistant)
• Adhere to University policies and procedures as well as federal, state, and local regulations

Requirements

• ADN degree
• Active Kentucky RN license or equivalent
• AHA Basic Life Support certification

Qualifications

• ADN
• No experience required

Nice to Have

• BSN degree
• At least 1 year of RN experience
