About This Role

Operate and maintain Nitrogen pumps, associated equipment, and transports for nitro-Lift Technologies, ensuring safe and efficient operations while adhering to company procedures and training junior operators.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize “STOP WORK AUTHORITY”
  • Operate Nitrogen pumps and associated equipment with minimal supervision
  • Operate Nitrogen Transports with minimal supervision
  • Mobilize equipment by driving Nitrogen pumps and transports or pickup trucks to job locations
  • Conduct pre-job and post-job inspections and testing of Nitrogen pumps, transports, and auxiliary equipment
  • Conduct maintenance and general upkeep of Nitrogen units and related equipment
  • Maintain a safe work area or job site by following company HSE and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Monitor, inspect, and adjust all major equipment during operations to ensure adequate function
  • Train and evaluate new operators on Nitrogen equipment operations and procedures
  • Delegate certain job tasks to junior operators during job operation
  • Write accurate daily logs, pre- and post-job reports, JSA's and other required documentation
  • Actively participate in JSA’s and safety meetings
  • Drive and/or load DOT-regulated vehicles both in-state and between states for land-based operations
  • Train and mentor Nitrogen operators and new employees on all aspects of the Nitrogen service line

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months' experience of operating a Nitrogen pump
  • Valid TWIC card
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Tanker and Hazmat endorsement
  • No restrictions on CDL, legally capable of driving a manual shift truck
  • Capable of passing a hair follicle and urine drug screen
  • Understand and follows verbal and written instructions
  • Physically capable of performing all duties and responsibilities assigned
  • Able to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Physically capable of standing and/or walking continuously for long periods of time

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months' experience operating a Nitrogen pump required
