Hydro Blast Field Supervisor

About This Role

Supervise and lead multiple crews in performing hydro blasting and vacuum services at industrial facilities, ensuring safety and effective job completion.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop staff members
• Assist in training new employees on job duties in accordance with company and client policy
• Monitor staff workplace performance and attendance
• Ensure all equipment functions properly
• Adhere to and enforce all safety OSHA guidelines, policy, and procedures
• Load out hydro blast and vacuum truck jobs, familiarized with necessary equipment for job scope
• Inspect all aspects of work from jobsite to equipment before commencing work
• Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and all applicable safety paperwork
• Communicate updates with clients
• Assist in general maintenance of company equipment including servicing and greasing
• Wash and clean company equipment including pressure washing and cleaning cabs
• Maintain general housekeeping by sweeping floors, taking out trash, and keeping work areas clean
• Help with future job load outs or unloads from previous jobs, returning equipment and PPE
• Complete timesheets and all administrative paperwork by required deadlines

Requirements

• 2-4 years of related experience
• 1-2 years supervisory experience
• TWIC card
• Specific knowledge of all Hydro Blast Pumps (10K, 20K, 40K)
• Specific knowledge of Liquid Vacuum and Air Machine Trucks
• Previous work experience at Industrial Owner Facilities
• Experience in hydro blasting and vacuuming field
• Valid Driver License
• Ability to travel out of town up to 25% of the time and work at Industrial Owner Facilities
• Physically capable of performing manual labor associated with service lines
• Able to be on call 24/7, flexible to work off shifts and weekends
• Able to work shifts up to 12-16 hours (day or night), indoors and outdoors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 to 4 years of related experience and 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience required
