Night Cleaner

About This Role

Maintain office, commercial, industrial, and manufacturing facilities in a clean and orderly condition following a defined scope of work. Ensure customer satisfaction through attention to detail and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, lobbies, and common areas
• Clean and restock restrooms
• Empty trash cans and replace bags
• Clean corridors and stairwells
• Remove trash, clean floors, and dust/wipe down all surfaces
• Perform vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
• Operate walk-behind floor cleaning machines (if applicable)
• Clean and polish furniture, windows, doors, frames, ashtrays, and fixtures
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Maintain janitor closet and janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition
• Periodically clean overhead vents and dust blinds

Requirements

• Ability to lift 35 lbs and carry a 12 lbs backpack vacuum
• Proficiency in English (highly recommended)
• Proof of work authorization and completion of I9 and E-Verify process
• Completion of pre-employment background check
• Completion of pre-employment drug screen (if applicable)
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (reasonable accommodations considered)
