Night Cleaner

About This Role

Maintain cleanliness and order in commercial, industrial, and manufacturing facilities in Thousand Oaks, CA by performing various cleaning duties during night shifts, contributing to a clean, healthy, and safe indoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, lobbies, and common areas
• Clean and restock restrooms
• Empty and replace trash bags around the property
• Clean corridors and stairwells
• Remove trash, clean floors, and dust/wipe down all surfaces
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Operate walk-behind floor cleaning machines if applicable
• Clean and polish furniture, windows, doors, frames, ashtrays, and fixtures
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Maintain janitor closet and janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition
• Periodically clean overhead vents and dust blinds

Requirements

• Ability to be on feet during entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching
• Ability to lift 35 lbs and carry 12 lbs backpack vacuum
• Good hygiene skills
• Proof of work authorization and complete I9 and E-Verify process
• Completion of pre-employment background check
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of employment
