The Regional Select Leader is a key leadership role responsible for shaping the client and employee experience within the Select practice. This position partners with internal teams, carriers, and clients to ensure consistent delivery, strong relationships, and operational excellence, while leading and developing a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and develop the Select service team with a focus on performance, engagement, and professional growth
- Serve as a subject matter expert across commercial P&C lines of coverage and carrier appetite
- Partner with leadership to execute Select practice strategy and achieve regional goals
- Drive consistent use of workflows, systems, and best practices to support effective client management
- Oversee renewals and client strategy conversations to support retention, account rounding, and cross selling
- Collaborate with Select business development and carrier partners to align goals and strengthen relationships
- Manage the transition of new business into the Select practice and balance team capacity
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and increase efficiency
Requirements
- 7+ years of commercial lines client management experience
- Extensive knowledge of commercial underwriting, coverage analysis, and carrier relationships
- Active P&C license
- Effective communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex insurance concepts
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Seven or more years of commercial lines client management experience, with leadership experience preferred

- CIC or ARM industry designations
- Experience with agency management systems (AMS three sixty or Work Smart)
