This role involves providing comprehensive neonatal care in a Level-III NICU and overseeing daily operations, including well baby rounding and collaborating with an MFM group.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a 35-bed, Level-III NICU, offering comprehensive neonatal care including high-frequency ventilation and hypothermia therapy
- Conduct well baby rounding 2 weeks out of 4 weeks with the Family Medicine Residency program
- Manage 24-hour rounding shifts plus call
- Work with NNP night coverage for 12-hour pm shifts
- Collaborate with cardiology, surgery, ophthalmology subspecialty support
- Work with a 3-member MFM group
Requirements
- Experienced
- Board Certified Neonatologist
- Active SC license
