About This Role

As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will assist borrowers with home purchases or refinancing, connect with clients, analyze their financial situations, and identify suitable loan products.

Responsibilities

Establish strong connections with clients
Analyze client financial situations
Identify suitable loan products to address specific requirements
Generate proactive client base, including working with leads from in-house real estate professionals
Stay updated on new loan types, guideline changes, and financial products
Resolve issues across multiple departments while upholding a high level of service
Secure the loan at the point of sale after determining the optimal product
Request initial documents and submit a preliminary paperless loan package
Rapidly connect with clients through phone presentations, building and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements

NMLS SAFE ACT compliance
Active State MLO license
