This full-time Mortgage Loan Officer role, located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area, assists clients with home financing needs, assesses financial documents, and recommends suitable mortgage solutions.

Responsibilities

Assist clients in navigating home financing needs
Assess financial documents
Recommend suitable mortgage solutions
Evaluate loan applications
Guide clients through the lending process
Ensure compliance with industry standards
Provide professional advice
Maintain client relationships
Collaborate with underwriting teams

Requirements

Proven experience as a Loan Officer with expertise in the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending
Strong understanding of Underwriting processes and standards
Exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative on-site team environment
Relevant license and certifications as required by state and federal regulations

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Loan Officer with expertise in the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending
