Join NIVA Health as a Mobile Wound Care Nurse to provide advanced, patient-centered wound care directly in patients' homes. This role focuses on helping patients heal, regain independence, and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced wound care therapies, including low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound (MIST)
- Travel locally to patients' homes ensuring safety and infection control standards
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on wound care and recovery processes
- Complete accurate, timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Grow professionally through ongoing training and advancement opportunities
Requirements
- Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Passion for wound care and patient-focused healthcare
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a mobile setting
- Reliable transportation
